When it comes to beauty, the first thing that comes to our mind is a flawless skin. Having a flawless smooth skin is something that we all dream off. But, now-a-days we suffer from many kinds of skin problems. Which has become a major problem for everyone, specially for teenage people. In this age most off the boys and girls suffer from skin problems, like - pimples, acne, rashes etc.

To get rid off all those problems we use expensive chemical products, which may help instantly but in the long run it may cause a bigger problem. So, today we are here to tell you some healthy ways to get a flawless skin you dream, just by making some small changes in your daily lifestyle can help you achieve it. So, lets dig in-

1. Clean your face regularly :

A clean face is free from dust and Bactria. Everyday we go outside for work. There are pollution everywhere, and dusts gets into our skin easily. So to get rid of these things wash your face twice a day by your regular face wash. Don't wash your face too much though. Coz, too much face washing will harm your skin. It will prevent your skin from producing natural oil so, your skin will get dry.

2. Use moisturize : 

Moisturizing your skin is a must. It helps skin to keep it's  moisture. Use a good moisturizer according to your skin preference. Moisturize every time after washing your face.  

3. Use sunscreen : 

We sometimes think sunscreen doesn’t have anything to do with our skin. But actually, sunscreen helps us from the damage if UV ray, which cause a huge amount of damage to our skin. It also help to prevent sunburn and premature aging, like - wrinkles, leathery skin. Sunscreens help to decrease the risk of skin cancer. So before going outside don’t forget to use your sunscreen anymore.

4. Drink more water: 

Drinking more water is a really good habit. It helps us in many ways, one is to keep our skin tight and healthy. Almost 60% of out body is of water. So, water is essential to keep ourselves fit. By drinking more water, our stomach will stay clean and we won't suffer from dehydration. It helps to produce new cells in our body and also prevents from premature aging. So our skin will be nice and shiny if we can grow the habit of drinking plenty of water everyday.

5. Choose skin products carefully: 

Everyone's skin type is different. Some have oily skin when others have really dry skin. So, firstly know your skin type and then use products that suits your skin. Just because one Product suits someone doesn’t means it will suit you too. There are tons of beauty products outside. Not all products suits everyone. It depends on people's skin. So, choose your skin products wisely, otherwise it may effect your skin and cause harm to it. Some may cause allergic problems. 6. Build a good sleeping habit: 

A good sleeping habit is something that is rear these days. We all sleep late at night and wakeup late. Not having a good sleeping routine is a very bad. Sleeping late at night cause many harm to our skin. So, sleep early and weak up early too. It helps our body function properly and hormonal balance. So it also helps in making new skin cells too. Reduce screen time and avoid drinking tea or coffee before going to bed to get a goodnight sleep. 

7. Clean your pillowcase frequently : 

Pillowcase should be cleaned every 3 days. Pillowcase contains lots of germs, it can cause skin problems as our skin comes in contact with it.

8. Wash your hair : 

Washing your hair will help to keep your scalp clean and also prevent bacteria form affecting your skin too.

9. Take a steam : 

Taking a steam helps your skin pores to be cleaned.  Take a bowl of hot water then take a steam for about 10-15 min. Then clean your face. Don't forget to rinse your face with cold water afterwards, otherwise your pores will stay opened and it will cause pimples. Taking a steam once every week will keep your skin super clean and good.
